Where can I watch the Green Bay Packers play live?

The Green Bay Packers will be playing on CBS, FOX, and NBC (only Game 2 will be on ESPN). So, we have suggestions on how you can watch your Packers if you're in or out of the region.

Where ever you are, you'll still be able to watch Matt LaFleur's squad try, once again, to make it to the Super Bowl from across the country. (Maybe this year is the year, cheeseheads, just maybe).

How can I watch the Green Bay Packers play?

*Data effective 8/16/2021.

YouTube TV is the best way to stream Packers games

YouTube TV is our favorite live TV streaming service because it's an all-around great service. For a fair price, not only will you get CBS, FOX, and NBC to yell at the TV while watching the Packers games, but you'll also get the following:

  • Perfect for NFL fans, you'll get ESPN and NFL Network among 85 channels
  • Perfect for sports fans, you'll get NBA TV and MLB Network
  • An unlimited DVR storage space that saves for nine months (so why not record all of the games?)
  • On-demand content to watch after the games

YouTube TV is unique because not many live TV streaming services have NFL Network, NBA TV, and MLB Network in their standard channel lineup.

If you want the best football channel in the world, YouTube TV is one of the few services that offer the NFL RedZone Channel.

Perfect for fantasy football players, get this channel for $11 per month with the Sports Plus add-on, and you'll get to see every moment a team is in the red zone during the Sunday morning and afternoon games. (So worth it, in our opinion.)

If you want to know more about YouTube TV, check out our detailed review.

DISH also has the four channels Packers fans need

With DISH's America's Top 120+ plan you'll get CBS, ESPN, FOX, and NBC, meaning you'll be able to watch your Packers every week of the season.

If you're interested in getting satellite TV, DISH is a great option because its pricing stays the same during your contract ($80/month). You can also choose to pay $10 more per month for the no-contract option. Either way, you'll get 190 channels including, NFL Network and a few college sports channels.

Get that satellite dish installed, and you'll be able to watch Aaron Jones rack up the yards for the Green Bay Packers.

Check out more info on DISH in our review that covers everything from fees to user experience.

Xfinity TV is the best cable TV option

If you want cable and want to watch the Packers sustain their success for the season, get Xfinity TV.

Xfinity's Digital Starter package ($71/month) gives you the four channels you need to watch the Packers among the 140 total channels it offers—and without a contract. You can also choose a 1-year contract option at checkout if you like the idea of saving $20 per month and $240 for the year).

Then you can watch Rodgers vs. Mahomes or the Packers vs. the highly-ranked Los Angeles Rams defense.

Check out our Xfinity TV review if you think this might be the service you'd like to watch all of your Packers games with.

Hulu + Live TV is best for Packers and on-demand fans

Our second live TV streaming service suggestion is easily Hulu + Live TV. For for the same prices as YouTube TV, you can get CBS, ESPN, FOX, and NBC so you never miss a Packers snap.

But let us highlight some ups and downs of Hulu Live compared to YouTube TV to see if this service is perfect for you:

  • Hulu Live has 20 fewer channels than YouTube TV.
  • Hulu Live has a lot more on-demand content than YouTube TV.
  • Hulu Live doesn't have NFL Network.
  • If you want zero ads in your on-demand content, you'll have to pay $5 more, making your monthly bill $71 per month.

If you want to watch Green Bay on Hulu + Live TV, but you're not super convinced, jump on this free trial. If you want more details about the service, check out our review.

fuboTV is best for sports, but it might not be best for Packers fans

fuboTV has ESPN, it gives access to FOX and NBC in most areas, but CBS is only available in some regions.

We recommend signing up for the free trial to see if all four channels are in your lineup because you won't regret getting fuboTV if you're a mega-sports fan.

fuboTV gives you 35 sports channels in its entry-level package, and you'll get access to 50 sports channels with the Elite plan.

That's the most sports channels you can get with any TV service on the market! No wonder we named it our No. 1 pick for best streaming service for sports.

If you want to see exactly which sports channels (and family channels) fuboTV offers, check out our fuboTV review.

How can I watch my home team when I'm out of the region?

We have four suggestions for you Packers die-hard fans who don't live in Wisconsin: NFL SUNDAY TICKET, NFL RedZone Channel, NFL Game Pass, and Amazon Prime Video.

But keep in mind, they all have their caveats.

NFL SUNDAY TICKET

NFL SUNDAY TICKET is only available with DIRECTV, the satellite TV service. It's the only service that gets you all out-of-market NFL games (Let us repeat: all out-of-market NFL games). Sounds too good to be true, right?

You just have to be OK with DIRECTV's second-year price hikes. However, it could be worth it if you're a Green Bay Packers fan who lives in Portland, Oregon.

If you sign up for the CHOICE plan ($64.99/month) or above, you can get NFL SUNDAY TICKET for free for one season (which is normally about $400.00/season). Get all the answers to your questions about this service in our detailed review.

NFL RedZone Channel

You can get NFL RedZone Channel with YouTube TV, fuboTV, DISH, and Xfinity, so don't forget it's an option! The caveat is you don't get to see the full game, just the highlights in real-time (along with every other game's highlights).

NFL Game Pass

NFL Game Pass is something you could get with NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX, or you can get it as a standalone service for $100. But this service is for those who don't mind watching the full game after it's already aired.

NFL Game Pass gives you access to full broadcasted replays that you can watch anytime, even months after the game was on TV. You'll also be able to watch 45-minute condensed games for when you have limited time. And you'll also get access to all-22 angle coaches film for when you feel like breaking down film like the pro coaches.

Amazon Prime Video

And lastly, the Packers play on Thursday, October 28. Why does this matter? Well, if you have an Amazon Prime membership, it matters.

Thursday night games are featured on Amazon Prime Video, so you'll be able to watch the Packers take on the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8 wherever you may be in the US.

Recap: What's the best way to watch the Green Bay Packers?

If you want to stream the Packers games, there are three services that have CBS, ESPN, FOX, and NBC:

  • YouTube TV: $64.99/month with 85+ channels
  • Hulu + Live TV: $64.99–$70.99/month with 65+ channels
  • fuboTV: $64.99–$79.99/month with 105–155+ channels

If you want the traditional TV experience, there are two services we recommend and we think you'd like:

  • DISH: America's Top 120+ plan for $79.99/month with 190+ channels
  • Xfinity TV: Extra for $49.99/month or Digital Starter for $70.99/month (no contract) with 140+ channels

Now that you know, here are your next steps.
