sippsnapp Sr. Member Offline Activity: 322 Merit: 250	Got the same error "Bitcoin can no longer continue safely and will quit" when i was backing up my wallet to a vmbox. Somehow the wallet.dat ended up with read only permissions which obv caused the error for me.
